* We are a not your general average retail shop. We are an UNIQUE specially designed RETAIL SHOP for you to purchase good quality product within Perth.
* We are NOT AN ENTERTAINMENT VENUE for family photo’s etc. As apart of our conditions of entry, we ask that you respect our shop policies to the NO PHOTO, NO VIDEO or FACE-TIME rule please
* We do not have CHILD MINDING FACILITIES, while you shop.
Children are your responsibility and must remain with you at all times while within the shop, not allowed to wander on there own please. This is for there own safety and the safety and respect of our product.
* We expect children to look with there EYES, NOT THERE FINGERS, as we value the product that we have within the shop, that is available for our customers to purchase.
* We do not have public toilets available within the shop.
* We do not have catering/cafe facilities.
* We are wheelchair friendly.

DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE STORE AT PEAK TIMES,
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
So PLEASE avoid calling the shop, as the elves do not wish to offend, by not answering the phone, due to the fact that they are all serving customers within the shop.
Should you by any chance have a FAULTY Product please email us immediately and we will do our best to work it out for you.
PLEASE DO NOT leave it until we re-open in JUNE, as we will not be able to do anything then.
SHOP POLICY
When shopping at Mrs Claus Christmas Kingdom we ask that you choose your products carefully, as there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE because you have CHANGE YOUR MIND, by choosing the wrong colour, wrong size or just the wrong products. You need to be 100% sure & comfortable of what you’re purchasing.
If you have been unfortunate to purchase a faulty product, please let us know within a reasonable timeframe and we will assess and determine the cause of the fault. Unfortunately, our phones will now be unattended until we return back to the shop.
