DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE STORE AT PEAK TIMES,
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.
So PLEASE avoid calling the shop, as the elves do not wish to offend, by not answering the phone, due to the fact that they are all serving customers within the shop.
Should you by any chance have a FAULTY Product please email us immediately and we will do our best to work it out for you.
PLEASE DO NOT leave it until we re-open in JUNE, as we will not be able to do anything then.
When shopping at Mrs Claus Christmas Kingdom we ask that you choose your products carefully, as there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE because you have CHANGE YOUR MIND, by choosing the wrong colour, wrong size or just the wrong products. You need to be 100% sure & comfortable of what you’re purchasing.
If you have been unfortunate to purchase a faulty product, you have seven days from date of purchase to inform us of this, either by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, leaving a message on the phone or texting us. Allowing us time to get one and place it aside for you. We will do our best to replace it for you or if we cannot, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
